TeamDDS New Carlisle Fills a Gap in Patient Care
TeamDDS New Carlisle is a unique dentistry practice founded to fill a clear need in the community. Dr. Miller worked in private practice before retiring but found herself missing the daily challenges of dentistry and helping patients improve their oral health and smile appearance. She recalled how patients would call around hoping to find a dentist who accepted their dental insurance, only to realize they had few to no options. Dr. Miller and her business partner, Emily Leavell, decided to fill that gap in dental care.
Our practice was a joint dream for Dr. Miller and Leavell who made it a reality in 2022 when they purchased our New Carlisle office, upgraded the equipment, remodeled patient areas, and built a dental team focused on compassionate, streamlined care.
Your insurance coverage and income should not determine your ability to access care. Our staff ensures patients receive the best dental treatments for their needs at an affordable rate and welcomes patients from all income brackets.
Dr. Lytha Miller: A Decades-Long History of Patient Satisfaction
Dr. Miller has lived in the Dayton, Ohio, area for over 40 years and has been practicing dentistry for more than three decades. She was a part of the founding team of the non-profit organization the Miami County Dental Clinic, in Troy, Ohio, where she continued to serve on the Board of Directors. Dr. Miller still fills in at the clinic when necessary. She is a member of the Ohio Dental Association and the American Dental Association and has a strong history of patient satisfaction. Reviews of her work showcase how happy her patients are to find a qualified dentist who takes their insurance and provides excellent results. Patients with a history of odontophobia (fear of the dentist) report Dr. Miller eases their anxieties and makes them feel safe, comfortable, and calm during their appointments.
Dentistry Services at Team DDS New Carlisle
We offer high-quality dentistry services for better oral health and broader access to care for patients with dental insurance. Dr. Miller and our Team provide dental care for patients ages 5 and up, including general dentistry, such as teeth cleanings, gum evaluations, tooth-colored fillings, root canals, and tooth extractions. TeamDDS New Carlisle can address most tooth concerns with dental restorations and orthodontics, including porcelain veneers, dental crowns, bridges, dentures, and Invisalign. For treatments that do not fall under the umbrella of dental insurance or carry high co-pays, Dr. Miller partners with CareCredit® for patient financing.
